- You place your bid via our secure contact form. There will be a link to this form on every Listing Notification Page.
- We will advise you within 1 working day if your bid has been accepted. If your bid is too low you will be encouraged to submit a higher bid.
- Once your bid is accepted you will have 2 working days to wire the deposit into our secure escrow account. If you require a few extra hours or wish to ensure not to miss out on the offer you can place a small deposit via PayPal until your wire deposit arrives.
- You will be notified when closing will take place. You will be required to pay the entire outstanding balance of the purchase amount at that time. This usually happens within 2-3 weeks unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
- Your attorney will handle all the documentation on your behalf and ensure that the purchase you make is safe and legal.
